Photo Competition Terms and Conditions

Entering the competition:

Who may enter?

1. Anyone may register and upload images to this website to enter the competition.
2. Entrants agree to provide us with accurate and complete registration information.
3. Entrants agree to allow keicountry.com to use the information you provide as outlined in our privacy policy.
4. Entrants agree to allow keicountry.com to use images, comments, titles and descriptions as part of keicountry.com’s promotional material.
5. Entrants agree to upload images that are appropriate to the competition’s title. Inappropriate images will be removed. Repeat offenders will be blocked from participating in further competitions.
6. Entrants agree to use original images, that have not been altered other than being cropped and resized.

Rights and Ownership

1. By submitting their photos to on keicountry.com, participants agree to grantkeicountry.com free of charge the right to use and modify the the image or video in any manner and media, including without limitation, the right to publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display or translate in printed or electronic media even if they are not the winning entries.
2. Keicountry.com agrees to acknowledge authors of photographs when used- this may be on the backend of the website, and not necessarily visible to website visitors.
3. Entrants confirm that they have done the following:
   1. Received permission of any persons in the work, or if they are under 16, the consent of their parent or guardian to grant the usage rights required by keicountry.com.
   2. Received permission where applicable, from the owners of any property, assets, building etc. in the image to grant the usage rights required by keicountry.com.
   3. Ensured that the image/s do not include trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any other third person or entity
4. Entrants agree that they will be personally responsible for any claim made by any third party in respect of their entry and to fully indemnify keicountry.com in respect of all royalties and any other monies that may owed to any third party person or entity of the entrant’s breaching of any of the above conditions.
5. Keicountry.com reserves the right to disqualify contestants for inappropriate images, more than 3 images uploaded per competition, inaccurate information, or for reasons that keicountry.com deems necessary.

Selecting a winner and awarding prizes

1. The competition is run as a public voting competition and Keicountry.com reserves the right to make the final decision in terms of prize winners.
2. Keicountry.com’s decision is final and no further discussion in this regard will be entered into.
3. Keicountry.com, reserves the right to change the prize without prior notice. In the event of a prize having to be changed, the value of the replacement prize will be equal to or more than the original prize.

Announcing of winners:

1. Winners will be announced 7-10 days after the competition date closes. Winners will be announced on the keicountry.com website, facebook pages that support keicountry.com and and keicountry.com’s instagram page.
2. Keicountry.com will contact winners via email within 7 days of the winner being announced to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.

Voting

• Anyone may vote for an image they feel is deserving of their vote.
• Only 1 vote is allowed per voter- if you like an image or video share it with your friends and like it on Social Media, to encourage more people to vote for it.

Commenting on images:

• Voters are permitted to comment on an image voted for.
• Comments are to be appropriate to the type of competition- video or photo.
• Inappropriate comments will be removed.
• Keicountyr.com reserve the right to block voters who repeatedly post inappropriately, and ban them from entering, voting or commenting in further competitions.
