GKM account troubleshooting

I am not receiving my account
Check the valuation and supplementary valuation roll to confirm that you are registered as the owner
The Valuation Roll confirms that I am the owner
Complete the online Information update form and we will send your info to GKLM to update.
The most important information is:
- That your email address is correct
- That you include your account number/s
I am not listed as the owner on the Valuation Roll
New account request
- Complete the online New Account Request form
- Attach a copy of your title deed / Deed of transfer document
- Attach a copy of the owner/s ID document
- We will send your application to GKM.If you do not receive an account within 2 months you can follow up by sending an email to ongwanya@greatkeilm.gov.za with the subject: Account opening follow up.
My property is not listed on the valuation roll
I receive my account but there is no property valuation
Send an email to Phumla at: Valuations@greatkeilm.gov.za with the subject: Property omitted from Valuation Roll
Include the following information:
- Your erf no
- Your account no
- Explain that your property valuation does not appear on your account
My property does not appear on the valuation roll and I don’t receive an account
- Send an email to Phumla at Valuations@greatkeilm.gov.za with the subject: Property omitted from Valuation Roll
- Include a copy of your Title Deed / Deed or Transfer
- Follow the steps for New account request above
I have not received my Pensioners’ Rebate
- Send a copy of each year’s forms completed to ongwanya@greatkeilm.gov.za with the Subject: Backdate of Pensioners’ Rebate
- Attach a copy of your ID
- Attach a copy of Proof of Residence
I would like to apply for 2021/2022 Pensioners’ Rebate
- Download the 2021/2022 Rates Rebate Application Form below
- Complete the form
- Attach a copy of your ID
- Attach a copy of Proof of Residence
- Send the completed form to ongwanya@greatkeilm.gov.za with the Subject: 2021/22 Rebate Application

I submitted my valuation objection and have heard nothing since
